Chatra Live Chat Widget
Due to Chatra’s new pricing change, this feature is now deprecated. Please see

for adding a live chat widget.
You can now add live chat widget to your deployed projects! This will help the users of your project to reach out to you in case there are problems with the project.
What you need
Chatra Account
Deployed Aeropage Project (possibly with a domain)
Adding Live Chat Widget
Create an account in
Chatra
Once done, go to Chatra’s
Integration Settings
page
In the Integration Settings page, copy the Chatra ID
There are two ways to add the Chatra ID to your project. The first one is through the Main Dashboard and the other is through the Project Dashboard.
Add the Chatra ID via Main Dashboard
In the main dashboard, right click on a project and select “Edit Details”
A popup will appear at the right side of the screen. In the Chatra ID input, paste the Chatra ID that you copied.
After that, Click Save
Add the Chatra ID via Project Dashboard
Inside the Project Dashboard, click on “Global/Environment” button
In the “Global/Environment” popup, click edit. A new popup will appear beside the current popup.
Paste the Chatra ID in the Chatra ID input inside the “Project Details” popup.
Click save after you are done with the changes.
You will need to publish a new version to your domain so that the live chat widget will appear on your deployed project.
After publishing a new version to your domain, the live chat widget appears at the bottom right corner of your project as shown below.
