Setup your Project
The Aeropage builder works on the basis of projects, rather than standlone tools. You can make a new project, add a theme and connect data - then move your tools to that project.
To start please go to and create an account.
To create a new project click on the New Project button.
We recommend starting with an empty project but you can also use an existing project if you have one already setup.
On the left side is the data manager. Select it, then click on the + icon at the top right.
If prompted, click on Connect to Airtable and follow the steps for allowing Aeropage to access your bases and tables.
You should enable access to all the workspaces or bases you want to use with Aeropage, this won’t sync data it only allows you to connect to those bases in future.
After adding the token, the app will display the list of bases that you authorized. Choose the base that contains your data, then select views that you want to connect. When you click done, they will be accessible in your project.
Only select the views that you need for the project, do not just add everything.
Copy & Paste Projects
When logged into , right click or click the three vertical dots on the project that you want to migrate.
After that, click Copy to Clipboard.
This will copy the project data to the clipboard so that you can paste it in the import text box of the builder.
Dynamic Email, PDF Maker, Image Generator, Stripe Product Sync, and Stripe Product Generator are the only allowed tools for migration at the moment.
On the project dashboard of the Aeropage Builder app, click on the “+” icon beside the Tools icon.
A popup will appear on the right side of the screen. Scroll down to the bottom and choose “Import a Project”.
Add the project name and choose the project connection.
On the last step, paste the data that you copied from tools and click submit.
Once added, it will appear in the tools section in the project dashboard. Clicking the project card will open a side bar which lets you edit the title and the connection. Click “Open in Editor” to open the tool editor.
In some old projects, there will be a prompt shown at the bottom middle of the editor that will show missing field IDs. Please click the link and it will run a script to fetch the field IDs from the selected connection.
Once the script is done executing, click on the “Publish” button located at the upper right corner of the editor to save the changes.
If a component is showing “This value is empty” after running the script. Please check the field connected to it. The field may have been modified (i.e. changed name, deleted, or doesn’t have value).
