Fillout Form

The fillout component lets you easily embed dynamic fillout forms in your pages → connected to the same Airtable data for a seamless experience

Create the form you want to embed using Fillout’s form builder →

Setup the form

In this case we are editing a record in a table with people, to update their profile.

Add the URL

Once ready, create the formula url field in your Airtable record.

Create Component

Once you have the field pulled into your page as a variable - just create a fillout component.

Map the URL

Just map in the fillout form url from your airtable data into the component.

Style the Container

Like all components, it’s wrapped in a container and can be styled or made to render conditionally.
